Shipping and Returns

1. Delivery

We deliver our products to several European countries.

Delivery times are shown during the checkout process. These may vary depending on the delivery destination, product availability and logistical circumstances.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed.

3. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

4. Return conditions

To be accepted for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must not have been used
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• The product must include all original accessories
• The product must not have been installed, assembled or integrated
• The product must be in perfect condition and free from damage

Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return procedure

Before returning any product, the customer must complete the return form available on this page and send it to the following email address:

We will acknowledge receipt of the request and respond within 24 business hours.

We will assist the customer in organising the return, including:

• Advising on the choice of carrier
• Offering a transport solution arranged by us, where applicable

If we arrange the transport solution, the transport costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are advised to keep proof of shipment, such as a tracking number or carrier receipt, to help facilitate the return process in the event of a dispute.

6. Return costs

In the case of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In the event of a defective product or a case covered by after-sales service or warranty, return costs may be covered after the request has been reviewed.

7. Refunds

In the event of withdrawal, the refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the returned product has been received and inspected.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the one used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
