General provisions

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases made on the BROYEURSANI.FR website.

By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.

Any conditions set by the Customer that conflict with these terms will not apply.

BROYEURSANI.FR is only bound by these terms. Any other documents such as brochures or catalogs are provided for information purposes only.

BROYEURSANI.FR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Orders and payment

Order confirmation

The Customer places an order by validating the shopping cart and completing the payment process. The order becomes final once full payment has been received.

A confirmation email is sent after each order and shipment.

Payment methods

Payment is made online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) via a secure payment system.

Payment in installments

Payment in 3 or 4 installments is available for orders between €100 and €3000 via Oney Bank.

This option is available to individuals residing in France with a valid Visa or Mastercard. Cards with systematic authorization or alternative payment methods are not accepted.

After selecting this option, the Customer is redirected to the Oney platform to complete the process. Approval is subject to Oney Bank’s decision.

The Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days for this financing option.

Prices

All prices are indicated in euros (€), including VAT, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery distance and are displayed during checkout.

Prices may be modified at any time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include order processing, packaging, and delivery.

All orders are subject to shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

Delivery is made curbside.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer within mainland France.

Delivery is considered completed once the goods are made available to the Customer.

The Customer must inspect the goods in the presence of the carrier before signing the delivery receipt.

Any damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt and confirmed by registered letter within three working days. Otherwise, no claim can be accepted.

Damaged goods must be refused with a clear mention of the issue.

Installation

Delivery does not include installation.

Installation can be carried out by the Customer or a professional, provided that the product instructions are followed.

Product availability

If a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed.

The Customer may choose between a replacement product of equivalent value or a refund within 30 days.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Returned products must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.

The product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds are processed within 30 days after receiving the returned goods.

The Customer must contact customer service before returning any product.

Warranty

Contractual warranty

Products are covered by a contractual warranty.

This warranty does not apply in cases of improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

Legal warranties

The Customer benefits from legal warranties under French law regarding conformity and hidden defects.

For any claim, customer service must be contacted to receive further instructions.

Depending on the situation, the product will be replaced or refunded.

Personal data

Customer data is used solely for order processing and communication.

BROYEURSANI.FR does not share personal data with third parties.

The Customer has the right to access, modify, or delete personal data by contacting Aquassistances at Château du Vivier, 77580 Coutevroult, France.

Entire agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain applicable.

Failure to enforce any clause does not affect the right to enforce it later.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer must first contact BROYEURSANI.FR to seek an amicable solution.

If no agreement is reached, French courts shall have jurisdiction.

For disputes involving professionals, the Commercial Court of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
